Overview:Park Place, an urban master planned community inclusive of 505 rental townhomes/apartments, 56 for sale homes, a 76 home "senior village", a 4,500 SF leasing center, a 12,000 SF community center, 200,000 SF of office and commercial space with ground-level retail. Extensive green space and infrastructure improvements created to develop a neighborhood street pattern and to strengthen linkages with the adjacent downtown core.
The community will also include a YMCA Youth Development Center, a community park "Marconi Park" neighborhood arts, water fountain and community amphitheater.
