Cheshire Bridge High Rise is an eight story building that houses 162 one and two bedroom apartment homes for independent senior living. This community is conveniently located near downtown Atlanta which is easily accessed by major traffic arteries, I-85 or MARTA bus system. The immediate neighborhood offers a plethora of shopping and dining venues as well as other services such as medical facilitates and entertainment centers.
This building is owned by the Atlanta Housing Authority and plans are underway to implement a $2.7 million renovation to the interior and exterior amenity and resident programming areas. The work is scheduled for completion in spring of 2011.
