Many clients prefer a turnkey approach, partnering with Integral's Property Management Division to oversee all of its property management needs.     Integral's Property Management Division emphasizes green and sustainable management practices. The division manages many EnergyStar® and EarthCraft® certified communities and its onsite property managers work with residents to help educate them about actions such as recycling and utility efficiencies. These 'green' practices enhance the value of the community and provide long term savings for both the residents and the ownership.

    We employ a team of qualified professionals who work on an individual basis with each property owner in the day-to-day management of each asset. This is augmented by an on-site management and maintenance team that is available 24 hours a day.     Ongoing monitoring of each community occurs regularly to ensure full compliance with local and federal statutes and laws, corporate policies and procedures and any regulatory guidelines required by special financing. Team members are expert in:

    Given the breadth and depth of the property and asset management team and their industry knowledge and expertise, a wide array of consulting services are available. Consulting services may be ongoing such as asset management activities or offered for a specific project such as program management services for new developments. Consulting arrangements are tailored to meet the needs of the client, asset or portfolio.
