Rededication - Held Wednesday, November 2, 2011

Integral is proud to have served as developer and IBG as Construction Manager of the revitalized Selena S. Butler Park. Renovation was completed on budget and on time.

The Selena S. Butler Park Rededication ceremony was held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, marking the opening of the restored 3.5 acre Selena S. Butler Park located in the historic Auburn Avenue District of downtown Atlanta. The ceremony honored Selena S. Butler, Educator and Co-Founder of The National Parent-Teacher Association. The ceremony coincided with the National Recreation and Park Association‘s 2011 Congress and Exposition held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Selena S. Butler Park is located on Hilliard Street between Tanner Street and Pittman Place. It abuts our Ashley Auburn Pointe community. Improvements to the park include, a walking track, fitness stations, sidewalks, picnic areas, multi-purpose field, onsite lighting, bocce ball court, onsite parking, rainwater detention, high mast sports lighting, upgraded playground areas, resurfaced tennis and basketball courts.
