Integral's Investment Management Division is managed under the direction of Egbert Perry, Chairman and CEO, a highly regarded leader in urban real estate development and investments, and the visionary who founded Integral in 1993, and Carl L Powell, President and COO, the entrepreneurial finance executive that incubated the Investment Division in 2003. He has over 15 years of finance and management experience in both consumer industries and real estate.
