Created in 2002, this division of the company was formed to specifically meet the demand by private and institutional investors for creative approaches to investing in real estate developments and emerging businesses predominantly in urban communities.  Accordingly, the Investment Management Division is a manager of  a group of targeted investment funds for select clients.
