Mitchell Powell
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Powell has over 15 years of Finance and Accounting experience spanning the areas of acquisitions, property management, asset management, portfolio management, and real estate audit/tax. He is responsible for the oversight of corporate support departments, including Accounting, IT, Human Resources and Insurance, the coordination of communication with investors and lenders, and the oversight of the development and maintenance of project financing budgets.

Mr. Powell is a CPA and a graduate of the University of South Florida where he received a B.S. degree in Accounting and the New York University, where he received a Masters degree in Real Estate Development.
