The Integral Group LLC (“Integral”) is a privately-held national provider of real estate advisory, development and investment management services to private and public clients across the United States. Our clients include pension funds, commercial banks and investment banks, as well as other clients involved in investing in real estate assets.
As one of the largest minority-owned and managed real estate companies in the country, Integral, through its subsidiaries, brings the unique experience that has been gained by being 1) a provider of real estate advisory services, 2) a manager of several real estate funds and 3) a vertically-integrated development, construction, construction management and property management company. This unique combination provides a solid platform for making significant value-added investments on behalf of institutional investors or assisting clients with the work out of troubled assets.
The Integral Group LLC is structured as a holding company with six subsidiaries that seamlessly provide real estate advisory, investment management, development, construction, construction management, and property management services to its clients.
Functionally, the Company conducts its business through five (5) operating divisions, as follows:
Real Estate Advisory and Investment Management
This division provides real estate advisory and investment management services to clients, and is engaged in the management of a Real Estate Private Equity Fund and 2 New Market Tax Credit Funds for investors that include California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), Bank of America, Wachovia, Morgan Stanley, SunTrust and CapMark.
Commercial Real Estate
This division provides the following real estate development and consulting services in the implementation of urban commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use real estate projects.
Planned Communities
This division provides the following real estate development and consulting services in the creation of multi-use, master planned communities that are anchored by mixed income residential components. These communities integrate the residential (multi-family rentals, senior housing and condominiums), retail and commercial components with the quality of life infrastructure of schools, parks and recreational facilities to produce both profit and community impact.
Program & Construction Management
This division provides program Management, construction management and general construction services to support the activities of the real estate advisory and investment management, and real estate development divisions, in addition to providing those services to independent 3rd parties.
Property Management
This division provides property management services to a portfolio that includes over 6,500 multi-family residential units and several commercial and retail properties. In the management of certain mixed income or affordable housing developments, this division also provides family support services that assist low income families transition from a dependence on public assistance into the economic and social mainstream.
