Integral’s investment management services typically involve the ownership of stabilized, income-producing properties, primarily multifamily, industrial, retail, and office, with consideration given to other products.  We also make investments in real estate development opportunities and in properties that can be redeveloped or revitalized.

The Investment Management divisions two areas of focus are Private Equity Funds and New Market Tax Credit Funds.
