Ms. Lynch joined Integral in 2002 as Family Support Specialist and subsequently was promoted to Community Coordinator, then Staffing Director and ultimately her present position of Deputy Director of Internal Affairs.  She brings over 14 years of business management experience including a position in administration with The Georgia Games.  During her career she also became an adjunct professor at Chattahoochee Technical Institute.

As the Deputy Director of Internal Affairs, Ms. Lynch helps develop and implement the organization’s goals, philosophy and objectives.  She is directly involved with staffing, including reviewing employee performance, training and education, as well as staff allocation.  In addition, she reviews client service programs and makes recommendations for improvements and further development.  She also works directly with clients of Integral Youth & Family Project assisting with the selection of appropriate support and development programs.

Ms. Lynch holds a Master’s of Science degree from the School of Education at Troy University, Dothan, AL, and an undergraduate degree from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, IA, where she majored in biology and graduated with honors.  She was a member of the Kappa Delta Pi Beta Beta Beta Honor Societies.
