Simply stated, this division is a Human Transformation Organization that assists and supports families and individuals in creating new positive traditions that help organize, enhance and inspire their lives. The model is built on the premise that every family has the potential to soar and become contributing members of a thriving society. 

Developed in Atlanta to support the transformation of federal low income communities, the successful model is now utilized in other cities across the U.S., and is a prototype for international communities. Integral's Human Development Division continues to work within the public sector, but has also emerged as a leading provider of human services for projects that are private/public funded or linked to an affinity group such as a church.
