The Construction Management Division operates as an independent company, IBG Construction Services LLC (“IBG”).  Since 1998, the company has grown to become one of Atlanta's premier construction management firms, successfully serving clients with construction management, general contracting, program management, and consulting services.  The company is led by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Kenneth S. Chestnut, and Vice President, Robert Fain.  

IBG has extensive experience and a proven track record with multi-family residential, senior living, commercial, infrastructure, institutional, and mixed-use projects.

IBG is committed to sustainable building practices and is a leader in 'green building' for multi-family housing.  Recent projects have been EnergyStar®, EarthCraft® or LEED certified.  In addition, IBG works with innovative new alternative energy solutions including solar initiatives and other programs that recapture energy and would ultimately enable users to lower their reliance on traditional energy grids.
